We hand carry all adoption documents to the US Department
of State and the Embassy to ensure all documents are accounted
for at all times.
The US Department of State will only process one (1) package of 15 documents per person per day. There is no exception to this rule; therefore, any package of more than 15 documents must be processed the next day. All documents are completed the same day.
Embassies do not have restrictions on the number of documents; however, each embassy has its own turnaround time. Some embassies have an extra fee for expedited service.
Service fees for adoption documents:
| A. One complete package of 13 - 15 documents | $180.00 per package |
| B. Package of 1-12 documents | $15.00 per document |

Adoptions Dossiers may be forwarded via any mail service (FedEx, DHL, US Priority Mail, etc.) and include the following items:
| A. All documents ready for US Department of State legalization; |
| B. A check or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State for $7.00 per document. Two checks if there are more than 15 documents. |
| C. A check for our service fee made payable to Professional Document Solutions, Inc. |
| D. A check, money order, or cashier’s check for the amount required by the embassy (be sure and make sure that the wording of the “payable” portion of the check is exact for the embassy. |
| E. A phone number where you (or your agency) may be reached. |
| F. A self addressed envelope; FedEx, DHL, etc., account number, or Priority Mail Envelope. |
Visas may be included:
| A. One visa | $40.00 |
| B. Additional visa, same family | $25.00 |
